In this 9-week, live on-line course we will explore the Snake and Turtle Qigong set which develops a supple body, heals and nourishes the spine and back, and serves as a foundation for internal martial arts training.
 
This will be combined with foundational Bagua training.  Bagua Palm is a meditative/martial/movement art that focuses on circle-walking, 360 degree awareness, and connection to the 8-directions.
 
Classes are live each week on Tuesdays at 9:30am PT for 75-90 minutes.  Each session is recorded and available to students.
