Scout: Animal Embodiment
Animal Forms, Mobility,  and Tactical Movement

Starting Soon
An 8-Week Video Immersion

About the Course

This course is designed to help you unlock your body, move more naturally and freely, and unleash your Inner Forest Ninja.  During weekly classes we will learn specific mobility routines to open up the entire body, practical tactical movement that strengthens and revitalizes you, and quadrupedal animal-based movements to create a new ability to travel through diverse landscapes more freely.

In the course, we will learn to move and flow with nature like the scouts of old by drawing on different natural source of movement including internal martial arts, parkour, systema, tactical movement, animal forms, stalking practices, and more.
